Investor Eligibility

1. Investors must be 18 years old to make an investment on the SmartCrowd platform.
2. Investors must have the knowledge and understanding to access the SmartCrowd platform, including downloading the app and completing the application process.
3. You must be able to provide your basic information, KYC information including your source of wealth (ie, your employment details) and upload your documents including passport and proof of address.
4. You must have a working email address to access the SmartCrowd platform.

Seller Eligibility

1. Seller must be 18 years old to sell on the SmartCrowd platform.
2. Seller must be able to provide basic information. Please provide KYC information including your source of wealth (ie, your employment details) and upload your documents including passport and proof of address.
3. the Seller must hold valid legal title to the Property and is able to sell the Property free of any Encumbrance.
4. The Seller’s Property is in Dubai in a freehold area where expatriates may own Property.
5. The Seller’s Property consists of an individual apartment, house or building with a single discrete title deed.
6. The Seller’s Property may be used only for residential purposes.
7. The construction of the Seller’s Property has been completed.
8. The Seller’s Property is let or is in a lettable condition; or if it requires renovation or other work before it can be let, planning permission for the renovation or other work can be readily obtained.
9. no mortgage, lien or other security is granted over the Seller’s Property; and
10. The Seller’s Property is not subject to any disputes or any ongoing legal proceedings or police investigations.
