Far away enough from the heavy traffic on the front side of Business Bay, it offered easy access to DIFC, Downtown Dubai, and major roads like Al Khail.

Of course, we gave our investors the choice! Ultimately, the decision was completely up to our investors, and they decided to sell the unit!

And now for the moment, we’ve all been waiting for! After just 20 months, we exited SC 235 for AED 1.3 million. That’s a capital gain of AED 149,934! With rental income totaling AED 73,593, our investors realized a total return of 21.20%, translating to an annualized return of 12.52%. Pretty impressive, right?
